    Pack the pair unworn, in its original box and condition.

    Swap or refund

    Once inspected, we ship your new size or process your refund.

The fine print

Returns policy

Window. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Condition. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original box with all tags and accessories. Pairs showing wear cannot be accepted.

Exchanges. Size swaps are subject to availability. If your size is sold out, we'll process a refund instead.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Non-returnable. Final-sale items, gift cards, and worn pairs are not eligible.

Faulty or wrong item. If something arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

For size exchanges, standard return shipping may apply. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.

Can I return a worn pair?

Unfortunately no — items must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible.
