Because every item is authenticated and verified before it leaves us, we don't offer refunds or exchanges once a sale is complete. Please double-check your size before you buy — our size guide is here to help.
We buy items back at current value. Changed your mind, or ready to move a pair? Bring it back and we'll buy it from you at its current market value.
Authenticity
Verification tags
Every pair ships with a Playa Soles verification tag confirming it has been inspected and authenticated. Keep the tag attached and intact — items with a removed or tampered verification tag are not eligible for buy-back.
Questions
Can I return or exchange an item?
No — all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Every item is verified before it ships.
What if I change my mind?
We buy items back at their current value. Bring the pair in with its verification tag attached and we'll make you an offer.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
