Shipping, in full
Processing time. Because every pair is authenticated by hand, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During major drops or holidays this may take slightly longer.
Delivery time. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also use our Order Tracking page at any time.
Rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Free shipping promotions are applied automatically when eligible.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address — we're unable to reroute once a parcel is in transit.
Lost or delayed parcels. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll chase it down with the carrier.
